Garden & Gun
There is literally a magazine called Garden & Gun!
When I was strolling through the dreaded Barnes & Nizzle, I looked down and found this little jem on the shelf amongst the vast dross that is B&N’s literature.
“Garden & Gun!”, I thought…. what more could a girl ask for? Two insanely fun activities in one glossy magazine!
Oh, and don’t be fooled by the good looking, angst filled men holding either a cocktail or posing by their life’s work – there’s more fabulosity throughout the pages. There’s gardens and there’s guns… do I need to go on?
Mmmmm, me like!

Ok I wouldn’t have believed it, had to check out the site. Could be interesting, but, I’m not one for guns at all. Gardens yes.
No way. I definitely need this magazine. Last summer I bought 20 acres in the country and one weekend discovered it was near a gun club firing range. I was just relieved to find out it was a gun club, not someone loose in the woods. Eeeee. I’m not one for guns but I’ve heard shooting at targets (not people, not animals, not trees!) is a lot of fun. I’ll report back if I ever actually do it.
Ha ha ha about how you can’t find you at Twitter, Facebook, etc. Good for you!
I love shooting at a gun range…it’s sooo fun! Plus, feels nice to learn how to shoot if you never have before. This is not a total hillbilly mag… great articles about gardening and how to make a great southern cocktail!
Congrats on your property purchase! Good for you… Thanks for commenting.
Beautiful brick and plaster work on the fence. The plants on top are a great touch. The dirt streaks from the planters are a great accent to the weathered look of the plaster. Very cozy!
Hey, good post…I am absolute avid gardener, I love any kind of gardening news or tips I can get my hands on. thanks Adam
