loving this

I know I’ve been skimping on the words in some of my posts… but sometimes there just doesn’t need to be. I’m loving the dandelions in my backyards right now… having fun playing with my new camera and ever present “weed” crop!

I love it! New cameras are the best. What did you get? Our DSLR changed everything :)

That does look cool. Too bad when I see them in my lawn, I yank them. I hate dandelions!

The dandelion clock is a very strange clock.
It doesn’t say tick, and it doesn’t say tock.

    …from a children’s nursery rhyme.

You must know that you have to blow it a few times, until all the fairies have flown away to make new homes, and that’s the time.

  4. Very pretty perspective on the dandelions. They’re fun but I still pull them out!

  5. I love dandelions, so do bees, bunnies, deer…and so do our chickens! They’re apparently very tasty! I used to be really uptight about weeds, but I’m finding a more relaxed perspective here. It’s not like we have a manicured lawn to worry about. Besides, at the moment, they’re one of the few ‘flowers’ blooming here! :P Congrats on the new camera, it takes lovely photos!

I love Dandelions! They are so cheery and pretty, and make a great garden chore for my daughter. She collects them all up for me. When she find one like your above, I have a hard time stopping her from blowing it. Ahh, three cheers for blissful childhood ignorance!

I’ve done a few posts about how I love dandelions… sorry to be redundant, just thought these shots are cool.

    Megan: it’s a Olympus sp-590uz. Muy fancy! :)

Beautiful! Fit homage to a worthy weed (and I mean that in the best sense of the word).

No words necessary. I love the photos. Tell us about your camera though.

I love it… albeit a bit hard for me to navigate since I’m not used to it yet. I do know, however, that it can withstand dropping in a pile of compost – no problem! :)

Wow, those are very impressive. I can’t wait to get a macro lens for my DSLR so I can take pictures that up close.

I recommended it on digg. The only thing that it’s missing is a bit of color. Nevertheless thank you for this information.
